This is not you typical choreographed, synchronized, dancercise class. Every single class will consist of strength and conditioning circuits, boxing, kicking, kneeing, and a constant series of exercises that will push you to your limit.

Whether you are in it for weight loss, conditioning, fighter training, or just to brag about training like a fighter, this class will push you to perform at your best. Come in 10-15 minutes early to stretch and warm up, because once we start, it’s all uphill from there.
